- Delivery Time
• International: 15–18 working days
• Domestic: 4–6 working days - Bulk Orders
• Bulk parcels may be split based on weight for safe and efficient delivery. - Unsuccessful Delivery & Reshipment
• If a delivery fails, we’ll arrange a reshipment.
• Reshipment Policy: We cover 50% of the product cost; you cover the other 50% + full shipping charges. - Packaging
• All orders are packed securely and discreetly.
• Special packaging requests? Let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate. - Tracking Info
• Tracking details shared within 48 hours of dispatch.
• Please allow 2–3 days for the tracking link to become active. - Refunds & Exchanges
• No refunds once an order is placed.
• Exchanges allowed only before dispatch.
• Want to upgrade to a higher-priced item? Just pay the difference in advance. - Payments
• 100% advance payment required (no COD).
• Please share a payment screenshot to confirm your order—orders without proof will be cancelled. - Product Authenticity
